WHO WE ARE
Grace Community Health & Wellness Organization (GCHAWO) is a community-based nonprofit organization focused on improving healthcare access and promoting health and wellness in rural communities.
GCHAWO’s journey began with a community needs assessment and ground-level research into the barriers preventing rural residents from accessing compassionate, high-quality healthcare.
The organization was established in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, building on an initiative that began in 2019.
Today, GCHAWO continues to develop practical approaches that bring healthcare information, services, and support closer to underserved rural communities
